AR15 Lower Receiver - Bad Attitude Department

Grab Bag Blemish - Brown Anodize

What's it going to be?  You won't know until the 4473!  These are blemished versions of standard offerings.  Blemish is generally small dents or dings in the forging or color consistency in the anodizing.  Model and engravings will vary, no choice or special requests.

Note:  We mill the lug pockets for the upper receiver at the very bottom of the specification.  If your upper is at the top of the specification, you will have a snug fit.  If it is out of spec on the high side, you may have to stone the sides of your upper receiver lugs to fit.  This is a feature, not a bug. 

Colored anodizing does not hide the minor imperfections and grain structure present in all forgings.  They may have visible color variations or smudges and small dents and dings that would not be seen on a black anodized piece.  We do not consider these blemishes as they are natural to the forgings. Different pieces will have differing color and shade.  They will not perfectly match.

This is considered by the ATF to be a firearm and must be shipped to an FFL for transfer to you. These cannot ship directly to your residence. Please be aware that because these are not long guns, you must be 21 to take possession of them at your dealer. Returns due to failed transfers will be accepted with a 15% fee and return shipping covered by the customer. Customized lowers cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect. Any transfer fees charged by the transferring dealer are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We must have a copy of your dealer's FFL prior to shipment. Either you or your FFL may email it to FFL@CATFFL.COM

    Quality lower even for a blem!

    A Ggood friend of mine had ordered several of the lowers, those weren't blems. The quality of his lowers was enough for me to give it a try. I'm super cheap, and before I started buying a bunch of stuff from bad attitude I wanted to get an opportunity to have one in my hands, and do a build. I'm probably going to end up doing an SBR with it just for s**** and giggles. Let me just say, this is well worth the cost, if it's a blem, or first tier, it's worth it! I even had them do a SBR engraved one because the cost is extremely reasonable for the quality. More than likely I'll be buying another in the next little bit to do another build! I am extremely, extremely impressed with these. I haven't done the build yet, but felt strongly that there's not going to be any issues. Not needing to drive a pin for the bolt catch is really handy! These are a definitely a buy.
