• Does not include the 80% lower.  Customer must supply the 80% lower.
• Return shipping must be to a State where the 80% lower is legal.  We cannot ship 80% lowers to States where they are not legal, regardless of where they were shipped from.
• 80% lowers must not have any additional work done on them.  They must be in their original form.
