What's it going to be? You won't know until the 4473! These are blemished versions of standard offerings. Blemish is generally dents or dings in the forging and color inconsistency in the anodizing. Model and engravings will vary, no choice or special requests.

Note: We mill the lug pockets for the upper receiver at the very bottom of the specification. If your upper is at the top of the specification, you will have a snug fit. If it is out of spec on the high side, you may have to stone the sides of your upper receiver lugs to fit. This is a feature, not a bug.
This is considered by the ATF to be a firearm and must be shipped to an FFL for transfer to you. These cannot ship directly to your residence. Please be aware that because these are not long guns, you must be 21 to take possession of them at your dealer. Returns due to failed transfers will be accepted with a 15% fee and return shipping covered by the customer. Customized lowers cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect. Any transfer fees charged by the transferring dealer are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We must have a copy of your dealer's FFL prior to shipment. You will be able to select your dealer at checkout. We'll handle the rest.

Five Stars - Hit the Jackpot!
I decided to roll the dice and ordered two of these clear anodize mystery lowers from Bad Attitude Dept. Honestly, this is the most fun you can have while filling out a 4473, and the payoff was incredible.I ended up hitting the jackpot with two different "Print Shoot Repeat" branded lowers! Having those unique designs in clear anodize looks absolutely phenomenal and instantly stands out from the sea of standard black receivers at the range.As for the "blemishes"? They are practically nonexistent. There are zero dents or dings in the forgings. The only things I could find were some very minor anodize color variations, which actually give the clear finish a really cool, high-end industrial look. The machining itself is top-tier. The M4 fire control pockets are perfectly cut to spec, and all my build components fit seamlessly.If you are on the fence about the mystery bag, just buy it. Getting premium 7075-T6 aluminum with killer branding at a blemish price is an unbeatable value. Bad Attitude Department crushed it with these!

Its completely random but my goodness did i hit the jackpot. Remember folks, these are cosmetic blems so its still guaranteed to work correctly/ be in spec. I bought the clear ano, a2 ambi cut blem lower and wound up with a 2nd Q parody lower. I had 1 but it didn't have the ambi cut and i missed out on the last limited run. Can't find the blem, its ambi w/ flared magwell, super tight fit on the 4-5 uppers I tried(which is a feature, read the disclaimers), just top friggin notch. I went ahead and had NFA engraving done just in case I decide to go that route. Im a sucker for that Q style clear ano with grey/fde. So lastly, also remember that you can't necessarily request a particular lower when your getting a blem, but there is definitely a chance you could get exactly what you wanted AND its on the cheap. Idk how he sells them so cheap. His clear ano is super consistent now too. Im happy as can be. Don't hesitate, he sells out of nearly everything super quick.

Perfect for Inspiration
I've gotten a few blems now and they've been great. If you don't need a specific lower for a project they're great deals. Always fully functional and kind of fun not knowing what you're getting. I've had builds decide themselves based upon what the blem I got was. The price is definitely right too.

Thoughts
Zero scratches or nicks, well built lower and beautiful color. There are belmishs in the anodizing color but overall worth the money.

BLEMISHED!
Lots of blemish in the finish with this, but not a single scratch on the lower. It's my blem and perfect to me. Don't sleep on getting these when they are around!

I bought them "blemish". To be honest I can't tell or locate where the "blem" is. I think I have a use a microscope to find a discoloration in the finish or a scratch. I'm happy.
