These receivers have blemishes in the form of dents, dings, scratches, or finish problems

They are 100% functional and reliable.  Perfect for your next "beater" or "truck gun" build

  • Hard coat anodized to the government print
  • M4 style fire control group pocket
  • All legal markings are underneath the trigger guard

  • We hold our lug diameters very tight at the low end of the spec to ensure a solid upper receiver fit.

This item is considered by the ATF to be a firearm and must be shipped to an FFL for transfer to you.  These cannot ship directly to your residence.  Please be aware that because these are not long guns, you must be 21 to take possession of them at your dealer.  Returns due to failed transfers will be accepted with a 15% fee and return shipping covered by the customer.  Any transfer fees charged by the transferring dealer are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

We must have a copy of your dealer's FFL prior to shipment.  Either you or your FFL may email it to FFL@CATFFL.COM

    Disappointed one of my lowers came with someone else's name engraved crossed out with a bunch of x's. Doesn't match the cat scratch product description. Matches the WTF lowers product description which is half the price of the cat scratch.

    Fit is very nice when mated to an in-spec upper receiver - barely any wobble whatsoever. I could only find a very slight surface blemish on mine (which would happen while building or the first range trip anyway). Great value lower!

    Multiple passes on this thing and I couldn't tell you what makes it blem if my life depended on it. Great deal, definitely buy more of these for custom builds in the future.

    Have 5 of them, fit is perfect and have struggled to find the blem on most tbh. Wonderful stuff from BAD.

    Very nice lower. No slop anywhere. Usually there's an issue somewhere in a low priced "blem" lower, loose upper or too tight pin holes but not here. Not even a scratch or any issues I could find. I had a CMMG parts kit laying around and an AR stoner 300 blackout upper. Assembly went smother than some more expensive builds I've done. I ran a couple magazines through it and ran like a champ. Super fast processing and shipping. So far PSR hasn't steered me wrong! Looking forward to doing business with Bad attitude dept again, highly recommended !
